Winters & Reeb, PLLC is a CPA and Management Consulting Association with two member firms and two offices; one in Fort Worth, Texas and the other in Austin, Texas. The managing member is Stan Winters, CPA, who works out of the Fort Worth office, and the firm's Road Warrior is Bill Reeb, CPA, who works out of Austin, Texas.
WR serves a varied client base because of the diverse skills of Stan and Bill. The Fort Worth office performs a significant amount of traditional CPA work, including tax returns, financial statement preparation and auditing. In addition, the firm regularly delivers services such as litigation support, business valuation, and construction management to name a few. Bill Reeb, working out of Austin, is an internationally recognized author and lecturer on a variety of consulting, leadership and management topics. His clients are scattered all over the United States and Canada and spends most of his time facilitating planning retreats, consulting on a variety of management/leadership issues and keynoting conferences. His consulting centers around operational effectiveness (the integration of strategy, process and technology), revenue generation (development of marketing and grow strategies) and facilitation of a variety of organization specific sensitive issues (like developing new compensation models, creating metrics for accountability and structuring workable governance between the board and management).
