Bill's File Cabinet -- Downloadable Materials This section has been made available to Winters and Reeb, PLLC's (WR) customers for access to images, documents, slide shows and other materials as support for conferences, and/or for the creation of brochures or other promotional materials promoting WR involvement. Alteration, duplication, distribution, copyright infringement are all examples of unauthorized uses of these materials.
