Products either soon-to-be-available or under development are:

Newsletters: Bill will be producing two e-newsletters. One will be focused at the small business owner, the other at the public practicing CPA professional.

Videos: Currently in production are two videos. The first one is on leadership, the second on advisory/consulting services. Both of these videos are being developed for organizations to use to support their in-house education programs. The videos are planned to be around 45 minutes to an hour in length and will be available for sale through this website. Additionally videos are currently in the planning stages.

Books: Start Consulting: How to Walk the Talk was last published in 1997 by the AICPA and in 1998 by CGA-Canada. Because the focus of the book is on how to seamlessly shift back and forth between the roles of Expert and Advisor/Facilitator, and because of the emphasis on marketing and business development, most of the book is timeless. However, out of a 387 page book, pages 13 through 47 are not as useful now because they were predicting how the CPA Profession would likely evolve. While Bill currently does not have plans to create a new edition of this book, he will likely expand several chapters into books offered through this site.

Securing the Future: Building a Succession Plan for Your Firm was published in July of 2005 by PCPS/AICPA. The intelligence Bill gathered by surveying over 500 CPA firms and conducting in-depth interviews with 30 managing partners of firms in (or about to be in) transition as well as Bill's 20 years experience working with family owned businesses and CPA firms as a management consultant make this book a tactical guidebook for CPAs wishing to develop a successful practice transition plan. Bill's first hand knowledge of implementing change in organizations so that business transition occurs more smoothly are the foundation principles which guide this text.

e-learning: Right now, these products are on the drawing board, but not in development. The plan is for Bill to create e-learning courses, augmented by video, around his books Start Consulting: How to Walk the Talk and Securing the Future: Building a Succession Plan for Your Firm.
